Federica Formentin works in the Energy and Infrastructure Department.
She has also gained significant experience related to commercial contracts in the energy field (such as turnkey contracts and maintenance contracts relating to the construction and operation of plants producing electrical energy from renewable sources and power and purchase agreements).
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Federica worked for a leading Italian law firm, where she gained significant experience at a national and international level and she has been seconded, for more than a year, at UniCredit.
Federica graduated in Law in 2011 at the University Almamater Studiorum of Bologna, attending the Erasmus program at the University of Bristol, School of Law, Bristol – United Kingdom in 2009/2010, where in addition, she earned an LLM in Commercial Law in 2012.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
