Matteo Tulli is an associate of the Energy and Infrastructure team. His practice focuses on corporate, contractual and regulatory matters arising from energy and infrastructure projects. He provided assistance in project finance operations, including the drafting and negotiation of financial documents, also on a cross-border level.
In 2021 he graduated from the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, with focus on corporate law and taxation. During the summer of 2019 he attended the school of law of the London School of Economics for a course on tax planning in cross-border transactions.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
