SEARCH IN THE SITE:
Two years on from the introduction of the European patent with unitary effect and of the Unified Patent Court (UPC), which one year ago opened its Milan office, we organize this event to analyse the patent protection in Italy.
During the event we will focus on international litigation and concrete tips to manage it. We will also examine software and database disputes, highlighting typical issues that can lead to litigation in this sector.
Our speakers will also discuss the criteria developed to verify infringement cases; the protection of trade secrets and know-how, with reference to the requirements necessary to obtain their protection as industrial property rights or through unfair competition laws.
