Pay transparency: burden or strategic opportunity?

The EU Pay Transparency Directive is due to come into force in June 2026, so now is the time for companies to prepare for the changes ahead.
Following the final approval of the legislative decree implementing Directive (EU) 2023/970, Italian companies must take concrete action in several areas.
 
We are delighted to host, at our Milan offices, the first working session of the eighth edition of the ESG Governance LAB — the annual programme promoted by ETicaNews and dedicated to ESG governance within organisations, of which we are partners.
 
During the session, we will explore the key issues arising from the Directive and reflect together on the cultural and organisational changes that Italian businesses will need to make in response to the new regulatory framework.
 
Representing GOP at the meeting will be partners Alessandra Ferroni, Giovanni Marsili and Emanuele Panattoni.
