With extensive experience in extraordinary transactions gained at Italian boutique PedersoliGattai, Marco further strengthens Gianni & Origoni’s presence in corporate and M&A matters at the Turin office. He specializes in corporate and commercial law and focuses on M&A and joint ventures across various industries, with a particular emphasis on infrastructure and energy. Marco regularly advises both domestic and international clients, including private equity and infrastructure funds, industrial companies (including listed ones), utilities, multi-utilities, family offices, and club deals. His work spans extraordinary transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, minority and majority investments, buy-outs, and turnaround operations, as well as the structuring and negotiation of corporate and commercial joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, and commercial contracts in general.
With Marco’s arrival the firm’s Turin office further strengthens its range of services, offering comprehensive and cross-disciplinary support to clients.
