Rome, July 13, 2026 – International law firm Gianni & Origoni is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Non-Equity Partners and four new Senior Counsel.
Giulia Minetti Floccari specialises in real estate law and advises both Italian and international clients. Her practice focuses on major real estate transactions, with particular expertise in acquisitions and disposals of real estate portfolios (including contributions to real estate investment funds), real estate development projects, and a broad range of real estate agreements, including lease agreements, business lease agreements, and contracts relating to the development and management of real estate assets, as well as construction contracts.
Alessio Palumbo specialises in structured finance, with a primary focus on securitisation transactions. He advises Italian and international banks on both performing and non-performing asset securitisations, including innovative transactions. He has assisted originators, arrangers and investors in high-profile de-risking transactions of systemic importance. He also has significant experience in real estate securitisations.
