Aurora Losito is an associate of the Energy & Infrastructure team and primarily focuses on financing transactions, both domestic and cross-border, with a particular emphasis on the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
Aurora has previously provided both litigation and advisory support to public authorities and domestic and international companies in matters relating to permitting procedures, public procurement, project financing, and public-private partnerships.
Before graduating, Aurora worked for a leading Italian law firm, assisting Italian and foreign companies in the administrative law department.
In 2021, she graduated from “Università degli Studi di Milano”, with a thesis on public procurement law developed in collaboration with Université Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne, thanks to a scholarship. In 2019, she took part in the Erasmus+ program, spending a semester in Paris at the same university's Faculty of Law.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish.
