Ludovico specializes primarily in business transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni in 2023, Ludovico collaborated with a boutique law firm in New York and specialized in share and business asset acquisitions. Prior to that experience, he worked with an Italian law firm operating in the banking and bankruptcy sectors.
Ludovico graduated from the University of Bologna with a Juris Doctorate and, then, with a Ph.D. with a focus on corporate and commercial law. He also holds a Master of Laws in corporate law from New York University School of Law.
Ludovico has been registered with the Bar of Bologna since 2015, he has been admitted to practice law in the state of New York with a license issued by the Third Department of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York since 2021 and he is a Solicitor in England and Wales since 2024.
He speaks Italian, English, and French.
