Graduated in Law at the European University of Rome, cum laude, with a dissertation in Labour Law, he later obtained a Certificate in International and Commercial Arbitration from the University "Roma Tre". He earned his Ph.D. in Labor Law from Sapienza University
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
