Luca Dal Cerro has significant experience in the tax structuring required for inbound and outbound investments. He advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of tax in complex transactions, including equity and debt capital markets transactions, syndicated loans, acquisition finance, real estate and M&A transactions, securitisations and structured finance.
Before joining our Firm, he worked for leading Italian and international law firms in Milan.
He graduated in Law from the University of Firenze and obtained a Master in Domestic Tax Law from the University Luigi Bocconi in Milan.
