Giovanni Paolo Corsi provides legal assistance to Italian and international clients mainly in real estate law matters.
He has developed significant experience in major real estate investment transactions, with particular focus on acquisitions and divestments of real estate portfolios, as well as on real estate contracts (framework agreements, leases, hotel management contracts and business lease agreements).
Prior to joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked at a leading national law firm.
He graduated in Law, cum laude, from LUISS Guido Carli in 2022.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
