Samuele Fiorini cooperates with the Energy and Infrastructure department, dealing mainly with administrative law, with particular reference to the fields of renewable energy and infrastructure, public procurement, project financing, public-private partnerships (PPPs), providing assistance and advice, both in judicial and extrajudicial settings, to public administrations and to national and international companies.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he gained experience working in a leading Italian law firm specialized in administrative law.
In 2024 he graduated in Law, with honours, from the University of Milan, discussing a thesis on administrative and energy law. During his academic career he undertook a student internship in the Prefecture of Milan, Legal Affairs and Litigation Office.
He is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
