Valeria Mileto is an associate of the Tax department supporting Italian companies, multinational groups, investment funds and other Italian and foreign institutional investors on equity and debt capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and structured finance, real estate M&A and securitisations.
Before joining our Firm, Valeria worked for the tax department of an international law firm based in Milan.
In 2022 she graduated in Law from the University of Milan.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
