Davide Iaconianni works with the Energy and Infrastructure Department, specializing on extraordinary operations and project finance, with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure fields.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked for one of the most important Italian law firms, based in Milan, providing assistance and advice to Italian and foreign companies in extraordinary transactions, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
In 2023, he graduated, cum laude, at University of Insubria, discussing a thesis in commercial law, entitled “The role of the administrators in related-party transactions: systematic and application profiles”.
He cooperates with the University of Insubria as a subject scholar.
He speaks Italian and English.
