Valeria Andreani specialises in Tax Law.
She is mainly involved in defence and representation before the Italian Inland Revenue Agency and the Tax Courts both in litigation (tax litigation) and pre-litigation (assistance to taxpayers during tax audits, drafting of defence briefs, assistance in tax assessment procedures with adhesion and judicial conciliation), as well as in drafting opinions on controversial issues.
Prior to joining the Firm, Valeria worked at leading international law firms.
She graduated in Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and subsequently obtained a Master's Degree in Taxation at the Ipsoa Business School.
She has also collaborated with the Ipsoa Business School in the drafting of the “Commentario del Testo Unico delle imposte sui redditi” as well as doctrinal articles.
She is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
