Angelo Tubelli is a tax expert specialising in extraordinary transactions and business crisis (drafting professional opinions and corporate restructuring projects). He drafts technical advice ex officio or ex parte in the field of tax and commercial criminal law. He offers clients ongoing consultancy services in civil, accounting and tax law.
Prior to joining the Firm, Angelo worked for leading international law firms.
From 2001-2014, he lectured for the Scuola Superiore dell'Economia e delle Finanze on tax issues for the Master in Tax Law organised by the same school in Rome and Milan. In 2003-2005 he lectured for the Scuola di Polizia Tributaria in Ostia.
He graduated in International Trade and Currency Markets in 1993 at the Naval University Institute of Naples with top marks. He attended a specialisation course in Tax Law, organised by the University LUISS “Guido Carli” - School of Management.
He is co-author with Giulio Andreani of several publications, including “Transazione fiscale e crisi d'impresa” (2020, 2022 and 2024, Ipsoa); “La fiscalità delle operazioni straordinarie” (2018, Giappichelli); “Crisi di impresa - Le nuove disposizioni fallimentari e fiscali” (2015, Il fisco); “La disciplina delle rimanenze” (2011, Ipsoa); “L'espansione delle imprese italiane all'estero” (2007, Map Servizi Srl).
He has participated in the drafting of numerous manuals and is co-author of hundreds of articles on tax issues published in the magazines ‘il fisco’ and ‘Corriere Tributario’ as well as several articles in ‘Il Sole 24-Ore’.
He has been a Chartered Accountant since 1995 and has been on the Register of Auditors since 1999.
He speaks Italian and English.
