Gioia Lattanzi works primarily with the Litigation and Arbitration department and the M&A department of the Firm.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she completed an internship at a law firm based in Bologna, specializing in civil law, intellectual property law, and new technologies. This experience provided a strong foundation for her thesis, which focused on the challenges that artificial intelligence presents to the legal field and the solutions identified in the Artificial Intelligence Act.
During her academic career, she was an active member of the European Law Students’ Association and completed specialised courses in Business Law and Intellectual Property Law.
Gioia graduated in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in 2024.
She speaks Italian and English.
