Maria Pia Martina collaborates with the Energy and Infrastructure department, focusing primarily on administrative law, with particular attention to the fields of renewable energy, public infrastructure procurement, project financing, and public-private partnerships (PPP). She provides both judicial and extrajudicial assistance and consultancy to Public Administrations and national and international companies.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she collaborated with a leading international law firm based in Milan as part of the Public Law team.
She is currently a law student at the University of Milano-Bicocca. During her academic career, she attended a summer school at the University of Coimbra, focusing on energy law and climate change, and participated in the Erasmus+ program on the founding principles of European law, involving the Universities of Valencia, Lleida, and Salzburg. She also took part in the XII Italian Mediation Competition organized by the Milan Chamber of Arbitration.
She speaks Italian and English.
