Federica Vitale deals with M&A, corporate and commercial law and collaborates with the Corporate/ M&A department, providing legal assistance to Italian and foreign, private and listed companies.
She graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome in 2022 with a dissertation in Private Law related to the unilateral modification of contracts involving financial services, analyzing Consumer Code guarantees for the customer who is the recipient of the change. In 2023 she obtained a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome with a thesis in International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS) related to the valuation of intangible assets of the company, with particular reference to the brand assets of companies operating in the Luxury Industry.
She joined the Firm in 2024.
She is a member of the North Naples Bar Association of practicing attorneys.
She speaks Italian and English.
