Matteo Silicato carries out his professional activity, both in the judicial and extrajudicial field, in all areas of civil law and commercial and corporate law.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni in 2023, he had an internship experience at an Italian law firm based in Turin and Palermo, and subsequently, he worked at a leading civil and commercial law firm with offices in Milan, Rome, Paris, London, and New York, among others.
In 2023 he graduated in law, cum laude, at the University of Turin with a dissertation in law of the European Union titled “Abuse of dominant position: procedures, sanctions and remedies in the European Union and the United States”. In 2021 he spent an exchange semester at the University of Bergen.
Matteo is currently enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
