Vittorio Del Vecchio specialises in corporate and commercial law and collaborates with the Corporate/M&A department providing assistance to Italian and foreign companies, in the context of M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals of participations, shareholders' agreements, governance activities, and commercial contracts of various kind, as well as in connection with the draft of legal opinions related to corporate and commercial law matters.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni in 2024, he worked in a leading law firm located in Rome and in an international law firm in London.
He received his Law Degree cum laude and special mention from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome in 2024 with a thesis on Artificial Intelligence and banking supervision.
He is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
