Alessia Francesca Sblendido specializes primarily in administrative and public law, with a particular focus on the renewable energy sector. She advises national and international clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including due diligence on urban planning restrictions, land-use certificates, applicable regulations, authorization and environmental procedures, as well as grid connection procedures. She supports clients throughout the entire permitting and environmental process for renewable energy projects, working closely with national, regional, and local authorities. Her experience also includes drafting land agreements, preparing legal opinions on authorization and/or environmental issues, and advising on the structuring of Renewable Energy Communities. She also represents clients before Regional Administrative Courts in disputes concerning authorizations, environmental procedures, and regulatory matters.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she worked with a leading boutique law firm in Milan specializing in energy and environmental law.
She graduated in Law from the University of Milan in July 2022, with a thesis in Tax Law, and completed her early legal training during her university years at a Milan-based boutique law firm specializing in Energy, Environment, and Administrative Law.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
