Chiara Vitale mainly deals with M&A, civil, corporate and commercial law and collaborates with the Corporate/M&A department.
Before joining the Firm, she had an internship experience in the Milan office of a leading international law firm, and subsequently, she worked in the Turin office of a leading Italian law firm based in Milan, Rome and Turin.
In 2024 she graduated in law, cum laude and honours, at the University of Turin with a dissertation in Banking Law titled “Banking Resolution: governing law and new prospectives”. In 2022 she spent an exchange semester at the King’s College of London.
Chiara is currently enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
