Francesca Pistol provides assistance in all major areas of labour law and industrial relations, both in litigation and out-of-court matters, as well as in extraordinary transactions. Francesca also advises on matters related to data protection.
Before joining the Firm, Francesca collaborated for many years with a leading Italian law firm.
She graduated in Law at University of Turin in 2011 and, between 2014 and 2016, attended the “Advanced Training School in Labour Law” organized by AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani. In 2022, she completed the “Advanced Course in Personal Data Protection for the Training of Data Protection Officers (DPO)” at the University of Turin.
She is a member of the Turin Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
