Alberto Elmi is specialized in corporate law, M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. He regularly advises national and international investment funds and corporate vehicles (private equity and venture capital), industrial companies, financial institutions, start-ups and SME innovative companies and entrepreneurs on extraordinary transactions, investments, mergers, acquisitions, investment rounds, dismissals and joint venture, as well as on corporate governance and commercial law matters.
After graduating in Law in 2016 from the University of Florence maxima cum laude, Alberto started his professional career in Gianni & Origoni and then worked in another primary Italian law firm with offices in Milan, Rome and London.
He is author of publications on corporate law topics.
