Marco Molineris specialises in corporate and commercial law with a focus on M&A and joint ventures across various industrial sectors, particularly infrastructure and energy.
He currently assists domestic and foreign clients - including private equity and infrastructure funds, industrial companies (including listed companies), utilities, multi-utilities, family offices and club deals - on extraordinary transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, minority and majority investments, buy-outs, turnaround operations, as well as in the structuring and negotiation of corporate and commercial joint ventures, shareholders' agreements and commercial agreements in general.
He has gained considerable experience in the management and negotiation of complex multi-jurisdictional transactions as well as in the coordination of the working groups involved.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked for fifteen years with a leading Italian law firm with offices in Milan, Rome and Turin, assisting Italian and foreign companies, banks and private equity funds in relation to investments, divestitures and other ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions.
Marco also worked as a visiting foreign lawyer in Brussels at a leading international multi-utility company operating in the energy sector.
He graduated in Law from the University of Turin in 2006.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
