Federico De Zan specialises in banking and finance law and deals with structured finance transactions, with particular reference to the securitisation of impaired loans (NPLs and UTPs) and the purchase and sale of non-performing loan portfolios.
He assists banks, financial intermediaries and institutional investors operating on the Italian financial market in the structuring and negotiation of securitisation transactions.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked with law firms specialising in civil, banking and bankruptcy law.
He graduated in law from the University of Padua in 2016 with a thesis entitled “Game theory and alternative dispute resolution methods”.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
