Sergio Scanu assists Italian and Chinese clients in cross-border corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions. He is also an expert in international commercial contracts.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked for leading Italian law firms in Beijing and Hong Kong.
He graduated in Law from the University of Sassari in 2006 and subsequently obtained an LL.M. Master of Laws in Chinese Law from Tsinghua University in Beijing (China) in 2008.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian, English, Spanish, and Mandarin.
