Laura Notaristefano specialises in corporate and financial markets law, with a particular focus on Equity Capital Markets transactions, public M&A and corporate governance matters involving both listed and private companies.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she worked at a boutique law firm operating in the areas of civil and corporate law, gaining experience in both litigation and advisory work.
Laura graduated with honours in Law from the University of Roma Tre in 2024.
She is enrolled as trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
