Teresa Lee has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital reorganisation, cross-border transactions, outbound investments by various PRC entities, IPOs, and also compliance and regulatory matters relating to the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Hong Kong Takeovers Code. She has also advised clients in complex outbound investments by PRC entities involving various jurisdictions in Asia Pacific, Europe and America. Her clients include investment banks, investment funds, private and public companies, high net-worth individuals, family offices and Chinese state-owned enterprises.
Teresa was a partner at the Hong Kong corporate department of Jun He Law Offices (a leading Chinese law firm) for over 10 years before joining Gianni & Origoni.
She graduated in Law with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from City University of Hong Kong and obtained LLM from University College of London.
She was admitted as a solicitor in the High Court of Hong Kong in 2005.
She speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
