Arianna Faldani works in the Antitrust and Regulatory Department.
Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience at a leading international law firm based in Milan, where she worked on antitrust proceedings and consumer protection matters. In this context, she also assisted on M&A transactions, with a particular focus on Golden Power aspects.
Arianna graduated with honors in Law from Bocconi University in 2024, with a thesis in comparative public law. She subsequently served as a teaching assistant in the same department. Her thesis provided a comparative analysis of how different legal systems have leveraged technology to counter the spread of terrorism.
During her studies, she participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and spent a study period at Queen Mary University of London.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
