Martina Izzo focuses on corporate and commercial law and collaborates with the Corporate/M&A department, providing assistance to Italian and foreign companies in the context of extraordinary transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of shares or quotas, governance activities, and the drafting of shareholders’ agreements and various commercial contracts.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she gained professional experience at two leading Italian law firms based in Rome and Milan, where she advised Italian and foreign companies on corporate and commercial law matters, as well as on corporate criminal liability pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
Martina graduated with honours in Law, from Roma Tre University of Rome.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
