Flaminia Sampietro specialises in corporate and commercial law and works within the Corporate/M&A Department, assisting both Italian and foreign companies – both private and listed – with domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of shareholdings, businesses or business units, mergers, demergers, takeover bids and capital increases.
She has gained experience in drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, articles of association, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements and other commercial agreements. She also provides clients with ongoing advice on corporate and commercial matters.
She joined the firm in 2025, having previously gained experience at a leading international law firm.
Flaminia graduated with a degree in Law from Roma Tre University in 2022.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
