Lorenzo Lelli works within the firm’s Tax Department, assisting Italian companies and multinational groups with M&A transactions, equity and debt capital markets, corporate and structured finance, as well as real estate and securitisation matters. He also provides support in matters of indirect taxation, domestic and international VAT, assistance to individuals in relation to wealth and inheritance matters, and activities related to crisis taxation, including tax and social security settlements.
Before joining the firm, he practised in Milan at a leading law firm.
In 2025, he graduated with a degree in Business Economics and Law from Bocconi University.
He is registered on the trainee register of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
