Vincenzo Pellegrino works within the Criminal Law department. He is specialised in white collar crimes, with specific reference to offences against the public administration and property, as well as corporate and bankruptcy crimes, environmental crimes and cybercrime. He also assists legal entities in matters relating to corporate liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
He graduated cum laude and special distinction from LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome, where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Law with a specialisation in criminal law, defending a thesis, entitled “Money Laundering in the Digital Era: Regulatory Developments, Enforcement Strategies and Critical Issues”.
He also obtained an LL.M. in European Criminal Justice in a Global Context from Utrecht University, graduating cum laude. During the programme, he focused on European criminal law and economic criminal law and defended a thesis entitled “The Price of Prevention: Assessing the New AML Package’s Compliance with Privacy and Data Protection”.
He is admitted to the Rome Bar as a trainee lawyer.
He speaks Italian and English.
