Arianna Terzulli specialises in criminal law, with a particular focus on environmental, corporate, financial and tax offences, insolvency offences, offences against property, offences against the public administration, defamation, cybercrime, and offences relating to health and safety in the workplace.
Arianna also acts as a consultant to leading companies on criminal liability assessments, including in relation to the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/01. She is Chief Prosecutor of the Italian Tennis and Padel Federation for the 2025–2028 Olympic cycle, having been reappointed to the same role she held during the two previous Olympic cycles. She has acted as counsel before the (then) Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration for Sport established within CONI. She served as Deputy Prosecutor at the Italian Tennis Federation.
She obtained a degree in Law from the University of Rome La Sapienza with a mark of 110/110. An extract from her degree thesis was published in the journal of Sinadi, the National Union of Managers of Cooperative Credit Banks and Rural Banks.
She was a subject specialist at the University of Tuscia, Faculty of Political Science, Chair of Institutions of Private Law and Chair of Information Technology Law, as well as a lecturer at the Maieutica School in Rome on the course preparing students for the bar exam.
She is registered with the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
