Rossella Pucci specializes in corporate and commercial law, advising Italian and international companies - both private and listed - on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Her practice focuses on acquisitions, disposals of shareholdings and businesses, as well as mergers and demergers. She also provides counsel on corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements, and a broad range of commercial contracts.
Before joining the Firm, she practiced at leading Italian and international law firms, focusing on out-of-court consultancy in corporate, commercial, and real estate matters.
Rossella graduated with top marks from “La Sapienza” University of Rome in 2018, where she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in European Private Law.
She was awarded a scholarship to conduct research as a visiting researcher at King’s College London.
A member of the Rome Bar, she works fluently in both Italian and English.”
