Loris Bovo has gained significant experience in advising national and international clients in a wide range of contentious and pre-contentious matters.
He is specialized in banking, finance, corporate, insolvency and commercial litigation, both in ordinary and urgent proceedings and he has matured important experience in domestic and international arbitrations.
He also advises international PE funds in the context of transactions regarding acquisitions of NPLs portfolios, working in conjunction with the firm’s lawyers in the Corporate, Finance, Securitisation and Tax practices.
His experience further extends to advising clients, both in court and out-of-court on real estate and leasing matters, forensic and regulatory investigations, white collar crime and corporate criminal liability matters, data protection litigation and pre-litigation.
Over the past years, he has also developed a specific knowledge of issues related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) development and sustainability factors, in particular digging into national and international ESG litigation cases, to advise international financial institutions and companies in monitoring the main risk factors that could give rise to ESG litigation.
Loris graduated from University of Milan in 2001. He has taken part in numerous seminars and conferences as speaker.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association, and he is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.
He speaks Italian and English.
