Alberto Martinetti works within the firm’s Tax Law department. He primarily provides advisory services on domestic and international tax matters, assisting Italian companies and multinational groups, with particular focus on the tax implications of extraordinary transactions, corporate finance and real estate, as well as on direct and indirect taxation, including in the context of tax audits and litigation. He also assists individuals with matters relating to wealth management and inheritance.
He graduated in Law in July 2025 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Piacenza campus.
A year later, at the same university, he obtained a second master’s degree in economics and business management, cum laude, with a dissertation in international tax law focusing on the latest developments regarding permanent establishments and cross-border remote working.
During his academic career, he spent a semester studying at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), which he completed with top marks, specialising in managerial finance, advanced accounting and statutory auditing.
He was also selected as one of 15 participants admitted to the 2026 edition of the Advanced Course in Corporate and International Tax Law offered by one of the most prestigious specialist firms in the field.
He is registered as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
