Luca Morelli Griselli works in the Corporate/M&A department, focusing primarily on corporate and commercial law and advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other extraordinary corporate transactions.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he gained experience at leading Italian law firms, focusing mainly on corporate law, M&A and private equity.
In 2026, Luca obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.), with Honors, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in Chicago. He previously obtained an LL.M. in Business & Company Law from Luiss Guido Carli University, graduating with a final grade of 110/110. In 2023, he graduated in Law from Roma Tre University.
