Irene Castiglioni works in the Intellectual Property, TMT & Cybersecurity Department, providing advice and assistance on trademarks, patents, designs, trade secrets, copyright and unfair competition.
Before joining the Firm, she worked with leading national and international law firms. Throughout her career, she has also developed significant expertise in the fields of commercial communications law, advertising and consumer protection.
She graduated with first-class honours in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2023.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association (Milan).
She speaks Italian, English, Spanish and German.
