Carlo works in the Corporate/M&A department of the Firm. He regularly assists Italian and foreign companies and private equity funds, in investments, acquisitions and disposals of shareholdings, business transfers, mergers, demergers, joint ventures and other extraordinary transactions, including distressed transactions. He also provides general assistance on corporate and commercial law matters.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked at a leading Italian law firm with offices in Milan, Rome, London and Shanghai, and subsequently at a primary Italian law firm based in Milan, specializing in corporate and commercial law, extraordinary transactions, private equity and venture capital.
Carlo graduated in Law from the University of Naples “Federico II”.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
