Chiara is an associate of the disputes resolution department.
She gained experience in both domestic and international law firms, dealing with litigations in banking, financial, regulatory and corporate matters, which have involved leading local and international financial institutions and commercial entities. Her experience in such litigations widely includes devising judicial and extrajudicial strategies, drafting and filing Court pleadings, attending Court hearings and mediation procedures, conducting negotiations aimed at resolving disputes.
Chiara has also gained experience in advising clients in contractual and other extrajudicial matters, including the drafting of commercial agreements (with a particular focus on brand licensing and sponsorship agreements), advising in the context of legal due diligence in M&A transactions, as well as advising in matters related to the entities' administrative liability pursuant to the Italian Law 231/2001.
She graduated in Law from the University of Milan in March, 2018 and is a member of the Milan Bar from March, 2021.
