Andrea Di Fiore practices M&A, corporate law, and commercial law, assisting Italian and foreign companies in corporate transactions and corporate governance activities, including shareholders' agreements and commercial agreements of various kinds, as well as in hotel transactions, through the drafting of business contracts.
Andrea rejoined the firm in 2025, in continuity with the curricular internship he completed in 2022 at the same firm.
He graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome in 2025 with a thesis on Corporate Sustainability, examined in the light of the European Green Deal and subsequent ESG sustainability legislation.
During the 2022/2023 academic year, he attended Radboud University (NL) as part of the Erasmus program, which gave him the opportunity to explore issues of commercial and corporate law in the EU.
He speaks Italian and English.
