Sofia Ronchetti carries out her professional activity mainly in the field of insolvency proceedings and restructuring of companies in crisis.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she collaborated with a leading Italian law firm.
She graduated in Law, with honours, from the University of Milano-Bicocca, discussing a thesis on Business Crisis and Insolvency Law, entitled “Role and Liability of the Statutory Auditor in Business Crisis and Judicial Liquidation”.
She is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
