Clarissa Ponte practices in both litigation and non-contentious matters, with a focus on civil, commercial and insolvency law.
Prior to joining Gianni & Origoni, she completed her entire legal traineeship at a leading Italian law firm with offices, among others, in Genoa and London, where she advised on shipping, transport and international logistics, as well as domestic and international arbitration and insurance law, assisting clients in both contentious proceedings and out-of-court advisory matters.
She received her legal education through a joint program between the University of Florence and the University of Cologne (Germany), earning an Italian-German Degree in Law, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.).
She has been admitted to the Turin Bar Association since 2026.
She is a native speaker of Italian and German and is fluent in English and French.
