Marco Tasca cooperates with the Energy and Infrastructure department, focusing primarily on administrative law, with particular reference to the fields of renewable energy and infrastructure, public procurement, project financing, public-private partnerships (PPPs), providing assistance and advice, both in judicial and extrajudicial settings, to public administrations and to national and international companies.
In 2026, he graduated with honors in Law from the University of Trento, presenting a thesis in public law entitled “Constitutional Issues and Future Perspectives of Nuclear Energy Law in Italy: Between Legal Constraints, Environmental Challenges and Energy Security”. During his university studies, he participated twice in the Erasmus+ program: in 2023 at the UiS Business School in Stavanger, Norway, and in 2024 at Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic.
He is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
