Antonio Lirosi specialises in administrative law with a special focus on tenders for works, supplies and services, in both litigation and assistance and consulting.
He handles judicial and extrajudicial work in the fields of public procurement (works, supplies and services), trade, antitrust and competition, consumer protection and transport as well as pharmaceuticals. He manages the assessment of public profiles in procedures for the acquisition, merger and disposal of companies, as well as in procedures for the privatization of public companies and the disposal of state real estate. In addition, as Co-Head of the practice, he monitors corporate transactions for the purpose of verifying their applicability of the Golden Power legislation since its adoption (i.e. 2012).

In 1984, he graduated in Law, cum laude, from the University of Rome 'La Sapienza'.
He served as Vice-President of Gesac S.p.A., the management company of Naples International Airport.
He is currently a member of the Commission instituted by the President of the Campania Region for the revision, updating and simplification of regional legislation. He holds teaching positions in master courses organized at La Sapienza, Luiss and Lumsa Universities on the subject of public contracts. He regularly participates as a speaker in numerous specialization courses and conferences on the subject of public companies, local public services and works, supply and service contracts.
He has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 1989.
