Arrigo Arrigoni has a significant experience in domestic and cross-border banking, DCM and M&A transactions in the energy, infrastructure and TMT space.
In particular, Arrigo assisted a number of sponsors and financiers in connection with some of the most relevant and innovative energy, infrastructure and TMT deals in Italy and across Europe in the last years, focusing on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of financing and refinancing agreements, in different technical forms (including bond and project bond issues) and coordinating all activities required for closing such deals.
Arrigo has also gained a significant experience in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of commercial and project contracts in the energy, infrastructure and TMT space, as well as of acquisition and joint-venture agreements in the context of M&A transactions in these sectors.
