Matteo Bragantini is Co-Head of the Banking & Finance Department at Gianni & Origoni.
He represents and advises banking clients in a wide variety of domestic and international financing transactions, including financings of acquisitions, recapitalizations, mergers and spin-offs, working capital financings and various special-purpose financings. Matteo also advises corporate borrowers negotiating financing arrangements with banks and other financial institutions.
He was awarded his law degree in 1997 from the University of Milan.
He is a member of the Italian bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
